In future, this holding will manage eight companies from the former Oetker Group, which together currently generate a turnover of almost 2 billion EUR: Henkell & Co. Sektkellerei KG; Martin Braun Backmittel und Essenzen KG; Chemische Fabrik Budenheim KG; Oetker Hotel Management Company GmbH, Columbus Properties, Inc; Atlantic Forfaitierungs AG; Belvini.de GmbH; and the art collection Rudolf August Oetker GmbH.
Co-CEOs Dr. Alfred Oetker and Ferdinand Oetker will lead the new group in partnership as members of a seven-person management body, which also includes Dr. Harald Schaub (CFO of the new holding), Dr. Andreas Brokemper (CEO Henkell Freixenet), Dr. Detlev Krüger (CEO Martin Braun), Dr. Stefan Lihl (CEO Budenheim) and Dr. Timo Grünert(CEO Oetker Collection).
Within the holding, Alfred Oetker is contact person for Henkell-Freixenet and the art collection. Ferdinand Oetker is the contact person for Chemische Fabrik Budenheim, real estate and Martin Braun KG, and Harald Schaub for the hotel activities.
As co-owner, Julia Oetker will participate in the strategic orientation of the new group.

In addition, the Board of Trustees of the Rudolf-August Oetker Foundation was newly appointed with Dr Alfred Oetker and Ferdinand Oetker. Dr Alfred Oetker will take over as Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
