With the merger of C. Siebrecht Söhne KG and Martin Braun Backmittel und Essenzen KG, Thomas Nolte will retire

After 52 years of operating side by side, the two German operating business units of the Ingredients Division (Bakery Ingredients Division) of Martin Braun-Gruppe – C. Siebrecht Söhne KG and Martin Braun Backmittel und Essenzen KG – will, as previously announced, be merged on October 1, 2025. The merger exclusively concerns the German entities and will have no impact on the internationally based companies or the Frozen Bakery Division. Starting in autumn 2025, customers will benefit from the entire product portfolio and all services from a single source.
After an impressive career – including more than 24 years as Managing Director of C. Siebrecht Söhne KG – Thomas Nolte will enter his well-deserved retirement with the merger.
