The group previously known as Geschwister Oetker Beteiligungen KG today announced its renaming to Oetker Collection KG. The move underscores the group’s consistent development towards a diversified, international structure with seven independent business divisions – and a clear strategy focused on organic growth.

The owners of Geschwister Oetker Beteiligungen KG, Dr Alfred Oetker and Ferdinand Oetker as well as Julia Oetker, have made the joint decision to change the Group’s ownership structure. Julia Oetker left Geschwister Oetker Beteiligungen KG on September 1, 2024.

After considerable two-digit growth in the first full reporting year (2022), Geschwister Oetker Beteiligungen KG only generated slight growth in 2023 – in line with expectations. In 2023, the Group of Companies achieved total sales revenue of EUR 2,493 million (plus 1%). The number of employees in the 146 individual companies in 35 countries grew by 2.7% to more than 8,300.

With sales of EUR 2,474 million, Geschwister Oetker Beteiligungen KG grew by 17.9% in 2022 compared to the respective sales in 2021. The number of employees rose by 5% to over 8,100 in the reporting period.

With today’s closing, the division of the Oetker Group is complete. Entry into the relevant commercial register in Bielefeld has been applied for. The owners of the new Geschwister Oetker Beteiligungen KG are the children from Rudolf August Oetker’s third marriage, Alfred, Ferdinand and Julia Oetker.
