Hanover, September 2025 After 52 years of operating side by side, the two German operating business units of the Ingredients Division (Bakery Ingredients Division) of Martin Braun-Gruppe – C. Siebrecht Söhne KG and Martin Braun Backmittel und Essenzen KG – will, as previously announced, be merged on October 1, 2025.
