Geschwister Oetker Beteiligungen KG – Change in Ownership Structure

The owners of Geschwister Oetker Beteiligungen KG, Dr Alfred Oetker and Ferdinand Oetker as well as Julia Oetker, have made the joint decision to change the Group’s ownership structure.

Julia Oetker left Geschwister Oetker Beteiligungen KG on September 1, 2024. From this date, Geschwister Oetker Beteiligungen KG will remain in the hands of the two owners, Dr Alfred and Ferdinand Oetker, who have held the position of Co-CEOs since 2021 and run the Group together with Dr Harald Schaub (CFO) and the CEOs of the four big divisions: Dr Andreas Brokemper for Henkell Freixenet, Dr Detlev Krüger for Martin Braun-Gruppe, Dr Stefan Lihl for Budenheim, and Dr Timo Grünert for the Oetker Hotel Collection.

“In our new position as sole owners, my brother Ferdinand and I will continue to consistently pursue the strategy for our successful Group, which was adopted in 2021”, comments Dr Alfred Oetker.
